The Slat Mill is a dog-specific treadmill. There is no motor on the slat mill and it is powered by the dogs movement only. We work to build your dog’s  confidence and comfort figuring out their specific ability and speed. The slat mill provides healthy benefits and can be a fun exercise for your dog.

• Slat mill rentals are based on staff availability 
• You can choose to add onto daycare and overnight boarding

Urban hunt is a sport where dogs receive points for finding rats, crossing bridges, and going into borrows. It is similar to barn hunt but involves searching for the rat amongst clean garbage. 

Urban hunt setting includes: clean trash paper, boxes and barrels and other items that could be considered clean trash.

Practice is Wednesday nights 6-8 pm

This class will provide you with the fitness foundations necessary to build on you and your dog’s fitness journey.

• Six-week AKC Fit Dog course, you'll learn proper form & safety while doing various fitness exercises.
• Benefits include: Mental and physical stimulation, reduced risk of injury, increased strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, as well as increase confidence on equipment and reduced boredom with new ways to have fun with your dog!

This class is for those ready to take their knowledge from the Fit Dog Level 1 foundations class and advance their skills!

• Fit Dog Level 2 is focused on improving on your foundation skills, as well as advancing those skills and learning new ones. 
• Once you have graduated with this level 2 class you can then choose to move into the AKC Fit Dog Level 3 course, our sport specific private fitness lessons or our offered drop-in fitness classes. (Coming soon!)

One on one lessons designed to help you and your pup with basic obedience, commands, specific training in different environments and continued guidance to ensure you are well equipped to take on future training challenges.

5 week lesson package $400, includes a follow up lesson two weeks after completion of the final lesson.

Private Fitness lessons

Puppy Board & Train 

• For puppies 6 months and younger
• A 2-week program focused on household manners, potty training, socialization, crate training and more. 
• You can choose a 3-week program that includes puppy swim lessons and additional training for an additional cost.
  

Board & Train Basic 

• For dogs 6 months and older 
• Your dog will stay with us for 3 weeks to learn skills like sit, down, stay, recall, loose leash walking, crate training, confidence building exercises and more.
• They will participate in training opportunities at Sea Dogz, as well as public places to build socialization skills.  
• Swim time is included if your dog is confident swimming in a pool. 
• If your dog does not have swim experience you can add swim lessons to their stay for an additional cost.

Dogs over 6 months 

• Your dog will stay with us for 3 weeks to learn all of the skills included in our Board and Train Basic program along with a focus on building toy drive, swimming and fitness exercises. This will help to build confidence for dog sports such as dock diving, agility, rally, obedience and more.
